Village Greens – Rented from Draton Estate, and maintained by the COuncil thereby allowing the Council to permit use by third parties and charge a fee as appropriate

War Memorial – Responsible for maintenance of Memorial on village green
Telephone Box – Council asset
Street Lighting – All street lamps in Woodford belong to the Council. The Council is responsible for the cost of maintenance and power.
